Android apps run on both Android/ARM and Android/x86, and it is the latter
that VirtualBox can virtualize using VT-x.
No one puts an effort into software virtualization, so the chances that it
will be fixed is low. You can either hire developers or buy VT-x capable
hardware in the future. (the latter is cheaper)
